I had buccal fat removal 8 months ago and hate the result. The surgery left me two smooth dents. One of my buccal fat pads was 5-7 cc big. Is it possible to reverse it via fat transfer? If yes, does it look natural? I have heard the buccal fat is a specific pocket of fat, because the molecules are more dense than fat from another part of the body. Is it really permanent (the fat that did not reabsorb in the first 3-6 months)? Thanks!
