What's the benefit of drinking pineapple juice after lipo and a BBL?

Thank you for your question. We do recommend patients to drink pineapple juice post surgery due to its anti inflammatory effect. Pineapple  juice (fresh) has Bromelain a compound which reduces tissue inflammation and swelling.

Some fruits such as pineapple , cucumber , celery and papaya , have been associated with natural diuretic and anti inflammatory properties . Others like red beet , broccoli and red pepper have high amounts of iron. So suing those fruits and vegetables during early recovery improves your iron levels and also help you get rid of the extra fluid retained by your body during post BBL recovery time . Do not add extra sugar,  and use the natural fruits ( not concentrates ) .Best wishes
