Is it normal for lips to feel more chapped 4 days after injections?

This is not something out of the normal after fillers, i would not worry and just use a chap stick to relieve this. 

It is not uncommon for lips to be dry following fat injections or hyaluronic acid injections.  Any lip balm may be applied.

Hello LuvBubbles,It is normal to have chapped lips after certain ways of injecting the lip.  If you have more pink part of your lip showing that means that part of the lip used to be within the mouth and stayed moist.  It is now facing the air and getting chapped.  It is important to distinguish chapped lips from fever blisters which are more of a burning sensation.  Chapped lips improve with some form of lip balm whereas fever blisters need a prescription to heal more quickly.  I'd recommend you see your injector for a quick evaluation to make sure all is healing well.  I hope this helps and good luck.
