Answer: How can I change my eye shape? You have slight lower lid retraction with sclera show and want more almond shape eyes. It is possible to give more almond shape eyes but it is not for everyone. Best to see an experienced oculoplastic specialist for evaluation. See link below for more details.

Answer: Changing eye shape? Hello Inga96,Thank you for your question and pictures. First of all, I think you have a beautiful shape to your left eye and eyebrow area. When looking at the picture on the right, I see the general appearance that you desire. My opinion is that you don't need to, and shouldn't change your eye shape or structure. You can improve and alter your appearance by concentrating on what frames your eyes - the cheek bones. Consider highlighting your cheekbones with a filler, fat, or an implant and focus on highlighting your lips. Best of luck!

Answer: How can I change the shape of my eyes? How can I change the shape of my eyes? And your particular case since you are young and the look of your eyes shows no abnormalities I would say don't do anything to the eyes themselves. I have treated patients with low ride with retraction or ectropion some of whom were very young and had this condition congenitally. While none of this is an actual recommendation for you the way I treated those patients to help their issues was with a tarsal strip and canthopexy. If you would like a look similar to this person you may need to actually change some of the appearance of the face and cheeks around the eyes. Based on your photo you probably are already a very attractive person so you might want to think about doing nothing. That being said I have treated some very young women who had a very nice features but for whatever reason their faces were very thin or they had other issues making their face look tired or not as energetic as they would like and we performed fat transfer. Dermal filler's and volumizing fillers are a good option to test these potential treatments out because they are often reversible and at worst temporary. Don't do anything you don't need to do because you probably have great features already. Have a great Sunday Chase Lay MD

Answer: How can I change my eye shape? HI and thanks for your question. It really isn't possible to change the overall shape of your eyes from plastic surgery so I would focus on what specifically you do not like and discuss this with a board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck.
