The pictures you present show descent of your mid face soft tissues. At your age this would normally be handled with a 3D filler injected above this area and some filler in the cheek groove. You may be a candidate for bilateral cheek implants with mid face elevation in the future.
At 27, it would be rare to benefit from a facelift, more likely volume loss is the biggest factor. You can see that you have 'deflated' cheeks which accentuates your nasolabial and marionette lines. I would suggest fillers as a first line solution. There are many different types, so be sure you see someone with experience with facial fillers.
Thank you for your question and posting your photograph. You would be a great candidate for hyaluronic acid dermal filler to your nasiolabial fold. I think that you are definitely too young for a facelift. Retin-A Topical cream should help rejuvenate your skin.I hope this helps.
You certainly do not need a facelift. A facelift is not a good solution for the nasolabial fold long-term anyway. Fillers in that area are the best solution.
Thanks for posting your question and photos. At your age you are too young to be much benefit from a facelift. In my opinion you can consider filers to the cheeks and nasolabial folds to give you more lift in the mid face. Also you may consider buccal fat reduction to decrease the fulness to the lower cheek area. Please consult with a board certified surgeon experienced in facial rejuvenation.
Thanks for the picture. You may be best treated with fillers. You are not a candidate for a facelift.
Aging is always happening to all of us, and as changes appear, regardless of age, you can speak with a plastic surgeon on the best options for your particular concerns. Every patient is different, and we have lots of tools in our armamentarium. Best to set up a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon.
Irrelevant of age, one can have significant facial volume deficiency. Your left side has much less medial cheek volume and what is there is low. If you are looking to achieve both symmetry and fullness, then fillers such as sculptra or Voluma are good products.
Hi and thanks for the question and your image. There appears to be some asymmetry. Balancing volume is relatively simple via fat transfer or HA filler or even facial implants. Suspensory lifting to even shape asymmetry is an option but unlikely to be of benefit at this stage. Best see an accredited plastic surgeon for advice. Good luck
Hello senai234,Your skin's collagen and elasticity at 27 years old is really too good for needing facelift surgery at this time. From your limited picture, you seem to have some volume loss around your cheeks and mouth. My guess is that this has been something you have seen for many years as if your facial development in these areas was a little less expansive. It is safer, less expensive, and more corrective to use injectable filler or your own fat to add volume back into these deflated areas to restore that youthful fullness. If you want an even more long-lasting option, facial implants such as cheek implants could help.In reality, a facelift does less to correct your areas of concern than adding volume would. A facelift really handles sag in the neck and along the jawline.I would recommend finding a facial plastic surgery specialist in your area for a full analysis. Good luck,Dr. Shah
There are 2 issues with haircolouring.1. tattooing of the incision line2. Irritation of the wound. As long as the wound is completely healed then the colour cannot get through the healed scar or irritate the exposed lower layers of the skin. This is usually fine after 4 weeks (which is why I...
I can understand your frustration if the benefits of the facelift are already starting to evaporate. Seeing this sort of a problem early on is rather uncommon. This is something you should discuss with your surgeon.
There is nothing wrong with your mouth. Asymmetry such as yours is common. Although is could be improved with injectable fillers, I wouldn't bother if I were you.
