Why don't my nasolobial folds match up with the corners of my mouth when I smile. Is it because my mouth is too small?

I see significant laxity of the lower face and neck. In addition, you experience volume loss due to decrease of facial fat tissues in certain areas. Therefore, I recommend for best outcome face and neck lift with facial fat grafting.

Can I get a facelift at 25?

It would be quite unusual to have enough excess skin/laxity to warrant a lift at 25 years, but we would need to see pictures and perform an examination in the office to better evaluate this--rapid weight loss can indeed lead to excess skin.  Large pores and acne scars would not be expected...

It would be helpful to see a side view of your nose.  However, you nose does appear wide and a rhinoplasty could certainly address that issue.  The asymmetry is mild in degree.  However, correcting asymmetry is one of the more difficult things to deal with in rhinoplasty.
