There is nothing wrong with your mouth.  Asymmetry such as yours is common.  Although is could be improved with injectable fillers, I wouldn't bother if I were you.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with your mouth. Every persons anatomy is slightly different in size, shape and orientation...yours is completely normal

Hi Pipe,You have too much time on your hands!  The nasolabial folds are normally a little lateral to the corners of the mouth, as in your case, you are normal and your mouth is not too small.  Best,Dr. P
