I have microform cleft lip and I am afraid that having plastic surgery will make it even more obvious because of the scarring. I feel that my nostrils and alar are uneven. I will like to have a more defined nose and higher nose bridge. As for the lips, is it possible to cut an incision within the lip so that the scar is as small as possible and lip augmentation to even out the deformity on the lip?

All you really need is a little more volume to increase the shape of your lips and have them look higher and more in the shape of your lips. I would recommend Juvederm for this purpose and it will take probably two syringes to help improve this area. Best, Dr. Green
