What type of surgery will fix my eyebrows to look not angry? (photos)

Im a 18 year old guy and my eyebrows make me look mad, but when i them enough for them to straighten out i look normal. I was wondering if theres anyway to adjust them to make themto look just like how they look when raised. Ive been going around purposely raising them, and its getting annoying and bothers. So i was hoping that theres any hope of getting it fixed to look straight. Any advice on what i should do to get the look i want?

There are no good reliable techniques for stretching the for it skin laterally without lifting it. If one has very deep glabellar folds, there is usually a lack of volume at the folds that even pulling the skin laterally will not flatten the area. Eyebrow distortion also limits this technique.
