What type of surgery will fix my eyebrows to look not angry? (photos)

Thank you for your question.  There are 2 ways to address you were concerned, in my opinion.  First, a neuromodulator such as Botox or Dysport can relax the muscles in between and above the eyebrows.  This can help to lift the eyebrows, and help soften a "mad" look.  This is usually done in the office, with no down time.  The second option would be to perform a surgical procedure called a Browlift.  There are several ways to perform this operation. However, the important points are that a browlift can raise the brows along with relaxing the muscles in between the eyes and above the brows. A board certified facial plastic or general plastic surgeon will consult with you and explain how this is done. Most often it is performed with small incisions within the scalp, and instruments are introduced underneath the skin to perform the lift.  I hope that this helps!-David Gilpin

Best option is to try something simple like Botox.  You are 18 and would not recommend surgery.  Botox will help relax this area so that the angry look is softened.
