Is it fine to trim my hair 12 days post-op beard transplant?

observed transplanted hairs continue to grow. I am not sure what is the concept .. 1) is it all the transplanted hairs to fall first and then grow new hair from follicle after 4/6 months ? 2) or transplanted hairs itself will continue to grow ? please let me know which is the correct process . Now my face is bit odd and thought to trim . please let me know is it fine to trim ? and what will happen to tiny hairs remain after trim ? will they fall or grow ? will it create any holes on face ?

It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative care as each doctor has their unique regimen.   In general most doctor would tell you to wait about two weeks.

I would suggest waiting two full weeks (so all the scabs/crusts are gone) before trimming but you should ask your doctor about it. If you really wanted to, at 12 days it would probably be fine to trim, not shave completely.
