My skin is still red after a beard transplant. What is happening? (Photo)

Hello, my skin is still red after Beard Transplant 1 month and 8 days ago. I pulled some hairs with a tweezer, and it left some red spots (Pic) 1- I'm taking Minocin that is a treatment for rosácea. Did the transplant caused rosácea? 2- Is it normal this kind of redness? 3- I used steroid cream for the redness for 1 week non stop. 4- My skin is still not very flexible. 5- Will this redness persist? 6- Many of the hairs stayed. 7- My transplant area looks very bright like porcelain. Before/Afte.
