As i was instructed i am cleaning my face and donor area 1Time/day but at one week i still have all the crusts and none of them has fallen (maybe just a few). Is it normal? Do i have to wait them to fall naturally?

Answer: It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative care as each doctor has their unique regimen.
If you have issues after your surgery it is best to contact you doctor. In rare cases some people may experience hyperpigmentation which may last several months. Please follow up with your doctor.
If you are having issues after surgery, especially with "redness" you should contact your doctor to resolve the issue. It seems you are doing the right thing. Sometimes it takes time for the redness to subside.
