Low level laser therapy/red light therapy after a hair transplant?

Can you use LLLT after a hair transplant? If so, how soon is safe and what would the recommended amount of time:frequency to use it be? Is there any evidence it speeds growth or affects integrity of the grafts?

LLLT cannot make your hair worse, genetics and aging do. its likely that even after the LLLT you continued to progress beacuse you didnt do many other things that are needed to slow down the process or you maybe a candidate for transplant.  Start the over the counter grwth factors and pills (...

LLLT does appear to have benefit, although we don’t know how to determine who it helps and exactly why it works. As long as the treatment is not too expensive, I think it is worth considering. On the other hand, beware of claims that are unrealistic and equipment that is very expensive.
