Level Laser Therapy is just a red laser in the 630 to 650 nanometer frequency range.  Same ones in $1 laser pointers.  A company put those red lasers in a hat.  FDA approved it for its safety but there is no clear or definitive study that says it works.

Thank you for your question. There are a large number of low level laser devices to promote hair growth on the market. The devices you mentioned have all been cleared by the FDA and generally have a response rate in the 90+% range. We follow the recommendations of the manufacturer with one exception, the LaserBand by HairMax. In this instance, the national accounts manager had suggested running through two cycles each time instead of one, so we have followed that advise.
