I'm 5'11", 228lbs. How much weight should I lose to achieve the best results for a BBL?

Im sure i need a tummy tuck but i wanted to start off with a bbl and go from there. Im currently dieting. I was told with my weight i can have surgery as is.. but i want to have great results. I want my waist snatched and a nice butt. How many cc's would i need to get close to my wish pic.... I want to have surgery in July 2016
