Can voluma cause Melia ?
Hi! Voluma itself should not cause milia. Milia are caused by disruption of the skin surface (i.e. with laser resurfacing) or occlusion of pores/follicles. I'm guessing that they massaged your skin after injection using petrolatum or oil and this can certainly cause pimples or small milia. These usually go away with time or can be easily extracted by an esthetician.
