I'm 8 weeks post-op from a breast reduction. I want to know if how I look is normal at this stage. (photos)

I say that you're looking good. I wouldn't worry yet about the asymmetry. Some is to be expected and your body is still healing. In terms of the size, your new breasts look proportional. They may also come down a bit as the swelling fully subsides. For now, be patient and wait another month or two for your final results. If you  still aren't happy then, schedule an appointment to speak with your surgeon.

So far it looks as though you have a good result. Breasts do not heal symmetrically after breast reduction in some asymmetries to be expected. This will improve as swelling subsides.

 Your pictures are greatly appreciated.  Your result looks very good at this point.   You may have some very mild asymmetry but not pursuing now. Give your results three months of total healing time and then reevaluate if it's reasonable to pursue any revision 

From looking at your photos it seems like you had a nice result. Wait for all of the swelling to go down over the next month and then compare sizes. As for the areolas, they can be revised under local so they are exactly alike. Just discuss this with your ps

but you do have some issues that you have brought up.  The only guarantee my patients get when having a reduction is that they will be smaller.  If you're having asymmetries you want to improve, you will have to wait 6 months for healing and find out from your surgeon what a revision will cost you.  From afar, I do not appreciate your cup size difference and B cups are very hard to achieve with a reduction.  Keep your surgeon informed of your concerns as you heal.

A B cup is generally a quite unrealistic goal with breast reduction. You seem to have a very good result, with mild asymmetries that will most likely improve over the coming weeks.

You seem to be healing well at this stage and it is too early to judge on any asymmetry .there is still a lot of settling to be done.reassess in 6 months .

This appears to be normal healing but it takes up to six months before you can tell how you will heal.  Scars need to mature and relax.  You might think of using silicone tape or scar creams to help with the scars.

Everything looks like your doctor did a nice job for you. Symmetry is never perfect and a B cup was an unrealistic expecation preop. Most are C-D after. The areolar differences are also normal and may improve over several months. All looks normal.
