Yes , yr teeth are not perfectly aligned. refinement is must in yr case. additional few aligners will resolve your issue. IPR might be needed.

Your teeth don't follow the trays, thus they don't fit. You may have to go back a few trays and maybe needs more IPR (interproximal reductions). Hope you saved you last few trays, as it is crutial to go back and see where the problem started.  

Hi, girl83. Personally, I never like to remove teeth to correct crowding and I don't advise you doing it with this tooth. You can straighten the teeth and then correct the one discolored tooth with a porcelain veneer. Hope this helps.
