Hello,I am on my 24th tray of my invisaligns.My teeth are still not straight.My tray is not fitting the buttons and my teeth.I feel so much pain even after wearing them for a week.My dentist thinks its alright.She also placed brace locks and elastics but it seems like ita pushing my teeth the opposite way.I am so upset,she is such a great person.I dont know how to bring it up.I was looking forward to the result but now I feel like my teeth will never be fixed.

Your teeth don't follow the trays, thus they don't fit. You may have to go back a few trays and maybe needs more IPR (interproximal reductions). Hope you saved you last few trays, as it is crutial to go back and see where the problem started.

Nice photo! It would appear your upper tray is not "tracking". That means that some where along the line thealigners stopped fitting fully over the attachments. This is important because the aligners need to engage the attachments so as to direct those teeth.Tell your dentist that you have pain and that your trays are not "tracking". That should get her attention and I am sure she will take the necessary steps to correct the issue.

It is best to be honest with your dentist and share your concerns. It takes time to move teeth especially with Invisalign. If you voice your concerns, then your dentist can allay your fears.
