Can fillers make my eyes look the same as they do when I squint?

You can achieve great, enhanced facial/eye definition with fillers. I recommend seeing a facial sculpting expert who knows how to use fillers to enhance, shape, and contour who has experience injecting around the orbital area. See an expert. Best, Dr Emer.

Thanks for your question! Not often do people want LESS upper eyelid showing, so you're in the minority there! The easiest way to achieve this would be to inject your forehead muscle low enough that it stopped supporting the brows, causing them to sit lower. However, I worry that you would feel that the lower brow impedes your visions slightly, like it probably does when you squint. If you like it that way, great! If not, it takes 3 months to wear off and then you know you didn't do anything more expensive or permanent!

You are getting the changes when you due to the muscles around the eyelids (orbicularis oculi) tightening.  Careful use of fillers could give you less upper lid show.  Perhaps a little filler in the lower lid tear trough too.  However, it would probably be better to consider a skin tightening procedure such as Thermage or Genius.  Choose someone with a lot of experience around the eyes such as an Oculoplastic surgeon.  Best wishes.
