Can you advise on bad acne & bumps on pores after Vaser lipo & renuvion? (Photos)

There are two applications for Renuvion on the face and neck.
When is subdermal or under the skin done in conjunction with Liposuction.
The other is an ablative skin resurfacing procedure that’s used on the outside of the skin.
With a blade of procedures the healing process can block sebaceous gland pores creating small whiteheads to form.
And your last picture there’s a significant amount of redness and this may now be folliculitis. I suggest getting this checked out by a dermatologist sooner rather than later.
Since we don’t know what form of Renuvion treatment you had it’s a little hard to second-guess but a dermatology consult seems appropriate

From your photos, I note multiple elevated non pigmented skin lesions of the neck. The last photo appears to demonstrate localized comedones in the same general area..
This phenomenon may be due to an allergic reaction to the elastic in the garment, oil plugged pores from the oil, or friction skin irritation from the garment.
Your dermatologist should be able to treat this problem.
