Hard to move around in bed (laying on back)and go from laying to sitting even with help I can feel my pec muscles really working I’m hoping I am not doing any damage to the breast or implant. I am trying to not over do it but it’s hard. When sitting up feels like boobs shift and there’s pain which subsides. is this normal? Thanks

You have a good result, I agree. Your low nipples probably need to be lifted and perhaps you can talk to your plastic surgeon about a smaller breast implant. If you want to avoid the contour lines then consider tear drop breast implants. I don’t think fat grafting is the answer for you.  ...
