BA, BBL and full body liposuction at once? (Photos)

Question

Age: 19 Weight: 126 Height: 5’0 cup size: 34a wanting DD/DDD (VS sizing) I’m looking to get a BA, BBL and liposuction (stomach, back, flanks, arms, armpits, outer thighs) and I’m wanting to get it all done at once. I want a BA with size 550-600cc silicone implants or possibly fat transfer (550-600cc) to my breasts. I’m in the St. Louis, MO area so preferably looking for a surgeon nearby. Taking any suggestions for surgeons who will do both surgeries at once, no matter the state.

Thank for your pictures and questions! I would recommend you getting a VASER Liposuction combined with a fat transfer procedure for your buttocks first, and breast augmentation implants afterwards. Based on my experience, after performing fat grafting for your buttocks you shouldn’t sit or sleep on your back for a couple of months or else the desired outcomes will be negatively affected. Moreover, if you get your breast augmentation done at the same time, you should sleep on your back or else you would hurt the surgery results. Therefore, it wouldn’t be suitable to get all the procedures at once. Your best option would be to have the VASER lipo and fat transfer procedure done prior to getting the breast implants and wait a period of at least 3 months between surgeries for recovery purposes. You will likely find a local surgeon who is willing to perform all of these procedures in the same setting.  In my practice I like to keep the breast augmentation separate from the awake lipo / bbl.

I think you can have these procedures done together since I have done this combination.. I would recommend implants for your breasts and save all the good transferrable fat for the buttock. Your areas to be suctioned are not that large so I think you will get a better long term result using the fat for buttock. You need to see someone who has a lot of experience with BBL. Good luck.

best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  If you are in good health and can obtain medical clearance from your primary physician, then you may safely undergo these procedures together.   Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who

hello thank you for sharing your questionto what I see in the photo  you are a good candidate for liposuction in high and low back, flanks and abdomen + fat infiltration in buttocks and hips and thus obtain a rounded shape + 600cc breast implantsWith realization to your desired figure very easily you can get to what you want and even more if you want it, the only thing I would recommend is to use all the fat to transfer it to the buttocks
the most important thing is that you are evaluated by a certified plastic surgeon and all preventive measures are taken, as well as to verify if the center where they performed the surgery meets all the safety parameters

Looking at your photos I might say that you´ll be a great candidate to get an entire abdomen, back and waist liposuction with BBL, this is because you have located fat that can be done with lipo. About thebreast augmentation with implants,  the size of the implant will depend of what you want and what your body support; the results of this procedure are beautiful, giving you and excellent shape of the inner and outer pole of the breast. 
Before all this, of course, you need to get a complete medical evaluation and laboratory exams to check everything is fine. Also please try to find a board certified plastic surgeon, remember that your safety, always, is going to be first.
