Age: 19 Weight: 126 Height: 5’0 cup size: 34a wanting DD/DDD (VS sizing) I’m looking to get a BA, BBL and liposuction (stomach, back, flanks, arms, armpits, outer thighs) and I’m wanting to get it all done at once. I want a BA with size 550-600cc silicone implants or possibly fat transfer (550-600cc) to my breasts. I’m in the St. Louis, MO area so preferably looking for a surgeon nearby. Taking any suggestions for surgeons who will do both surgeries at once, no matter the state.

Answer: Com You will likely find a local surgeon who is willing to perform all of these procedures in the same setting. In my practice I like to keep the breast augmentation separate from the awake lipo / bbl.

I would recommend implants for your breasts and save all the good transferrable fat for the buttock. Your areas to be suctioned are not that large so I think you will get a better long term result using the fat for buttock. You need to see someone who has a lot of experience with BBL. Good luck.
