I am 9 weeks post op from full tummy tuck, and I am having pain and contractions. What is the cause ?

I am9 weeks post op from adult tummy tuck . My questions are first what is the reason for the stabbing ( intense)pain in center of abdomen that occurs only when standing up from sitting and/or laying position? Secondly, what is happening with the Braxton hicks like contractions?
