Hi I had my BA about 14yrs ago and recently discovered ruptured implant. My implants are around 300-375ccs. I am thinking of just having implants removed all together. I was really barely an A cup. I do have fatigue and brain fog, not sure if removal will help with symptoms. Thanks for your feedback!

Answer: Implant removal and breast lift It is difficult to discuss this issue without good photos. However, considering the size of implants, you wll end up with significant deflation and ptosis (saggy breasts). It is best to combine implant removal with breast lift, in your case. good luck.

Answer: Implant removal Dear Diligent99194, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.
