Upper vermillion border is lower on the left side, how to fix lip asymmetry? (Photo)

My upper vermillion border is lower on the left side causing a natural "smirk" appearance and a bad case of RBF. What can I do to fix this? Open to all options surgical or otherwise. Thanks!

Hello, hope you are well. It is difficult to judge from the photos alone, but it looks like a little cherry hemangioma (a small vascular lesion). I have seen these occur after lip filler, and successfully treated with laser (PDL or YAG). Hope this helps! Best,Dr. Tower
