How to improve the look of my downward smile? (Photo)

Hi, I am a 36 year old female and when i smile, my lips has this downward look that makes me concious and doesn't photograph nicely. I have started noticing it more in the last few months. Please guide what is the best procedure that I should do?

Hello, hope you are well. It is difficult to judge from the photos alone, but it looks like a little cherry hemangioma (a small vascular lesion). I have seen these occur after lip filler, and successfully treated with laser (PDL or YAG). Hope this helps! Best,Dr. Tower
