How to improve the look of my downward smile? (Photo)

Hi, I am a 36 year old female and when i smile, my lips has this downward look that makes me concious and doesn't photograph nicely. I have started noticing it more in the last few months. Please guide what is the best procedure that I should do?

You are a candidate for a lip lift.  A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.
