I have labial pain (minora) and would like to know if any doctor can help with pain by reducing or removing the inner labia?
Answer: Labiaplasty Thank you for your inquiry! Labiaplasty can be not only performed for aesthetic purposes but also for functionality. I recommend scheduling a consult with a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon like myself to create a surgical plan with the goal of eliminating your pain.

Answer: Labial pain Dear Resourceful600277 Thanks for asking your question. Labial pain is a very broad term. It is important to know if the pain is present all the times or only during intercourse. Painful intercourse or Dyspareunia can happen to 7-10% of general population and a good work up by your gynaecologist can help find the underlying cause.Painful intercourse due to labia minora can happen when patient has a relatively long/large labia minora tissue that comes in the way or being pulled or pushed during intercourse. If that is the case then you would benefit from a labioplasy procedure that can help with the issue. You need to have a consultation with a plastic surgeon who performs labioplasty or a gynaecologist who is trained in female aesthetic genital surgery. I hope you find this explanation useful.

Answer: Hi hello, first of all, how old are you and do you have children? In order to understand the cause of pain in the labia, you must have a gynecological examination. If the cause is understood, it can be treated. however, there is normally no treatment such as removing the labium to reduce pain
