Fix for weird line after buccal fat removal (Photo)

I have this weird contour only on my left cheek after buccal fat removal last month. I hate it I looks so strange. This is the side where the doctor struggled to take fat out so he was more aggressive. What caused this and how can this be fixed? The right side looks normal

Thank you for your photos. Commonly, I perform fat transfer to the buccal space after buccal lipectomy. It can be performed under local anesthesia and the results are permanent.
