Fix for weird line after buccal fat removal (Photo)

Thank you for the images. I've seen this many times in the office. Sometimes, scarring from a buccal fat removal can tether tissue. The best correction for this is fat transfer.

Based on the series of nicely posted photos I agree you had over done buccal fat removal on that side. Easiest remedy is injection of either a combination Radeisse/Sculptra (2 vials) under ultrasound to guide the depth of injection or micro fat grafting injection also under ultrasound guided injections for depth.
