I am a male in my twenties who had a rhinoplasty procedure a few years ago to fix a downturned hanging columella. The surgeon added a graft using nasal septal cartilage in order to change the rotation and position of my nasal tip from downturned to a more neutral horizontal position. Because a cartilage graft was added, my nasal tip seems firmer and more 'bulkier' than before. Is this normal and inevitable? Should I consider a revision in order to make it narrower or smaller?
