Can I soften the way the skin curves on one side of my nose? (Photo)

Photo attached. It has this downward indent/curve on the left side, and I was wondering if there was a non invasive way to make it look softer? Sorry about the skin texture and pores, can't seem to clear my skin no matter what I try.
