I am 56 and have lits of deep wrinkles due to sun damage age and 40 kg weightloss. Thinking i need face and possibly neck lift but exploring all other options also. Wonder if halo or skin pen could help if so which is more effective for my face. Alternatively should i just save the cost of those treatments and put that towards a facelift? Looking for long term results not short term
