Underwhelmed by Halo laser results - is it possible the wrong settings were used?

Hello, I had a halo laser a couple weeks ago and I was hopeful to see results addressing fine lines and some sun damage. I’m underwhelmed with the results. I am wondering if the wrong settings were used? I took a picture of the settings.
