What's the difference between Exilis Ultra and Hero+ Halo? Looking for something to tighten the skin on my face and neck.

I am looking for the best option for face and neck tightening, specifically around the eyes, jowels, and under my chin. Can both be used all the way up to the eyes? What are the differences in pain and downtime? Thank you!!

While expensive, faddish "bells and whistles" light and energy-based devices with fancy-sounding names get a disproportionate amount of marketing hype in the media, the truth is that the hard science to support their routine use unfortunately lags woefully behind the heavy promotion. On the other hand, many brands currently have whole families of HA fillers (containing HA fillers each with its own specific indications for use(, which are used successfully for treating, for example under-eye tear troughs, hollows and bags; others for recontouring the cheeks; still others for straightening and defining the jawline and lifting jowls, etc. You would be wise to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist to discuss this. The results of filler treatments properly performed by an experienced injector are for the most part  immediate, typically elicit a "Wow!" reaction and engender little to no significant downtime.
