Is Halo laser the most appropriate laser for skin aging caused by glycation?

I’m thinking of having laser to treat premature aging (large pores, lax skin, lack of elastin and collagen)—is Halo the most appropriate choice? If not, what laser would you recommend? For context, I’m 31 years old. Thank you in advance for your advice!
