Am I a good candidate for minimally invasive types of tip plasty? What is involved in nose tip plasty (mini nose job)? (Photos)

My nose doesn’t have a strong tip, if pressed down upon it squished onto my face. It is bulbous and the tip is a bit wide and droopy, especially when I smile. Am I a good candidate for suture techniques? What is involved in this procedure? Also is the alar also able to be sutured? I am uninterested in drastic changes to my nose, just small refinements. Knowing myself and after considering rhinoplasty for over 10 years (I am mid 20s), I would not desire any cartilage grafting/resectioning.

Are you a candidate for Alar plasty? An alar plasty narrows the nostril base thereby narrowing the entire nostril. You might want to discuss with your surgeon performing a nasal tip plasty along with this, since it appears that you also have a somewhat bulbous nasal tip.
Good Afternoon! Alar base reduction can be very effective for narrowing the width of the nostrils. 5 mm of overall reduction (2.5 mm per side) is appropriate based on your pictures. If that was mentioned per side, I would be very cautious. The problem with narrowing the nostrils too much is it...
