I recently had a septorhinoplasty due to a broken nose and deviated septum. I feel like I'm breathing better for now, but I feel there are a few issues aesthetically. My nostrils seem even more different from each other and a prominent hump or line down the tip of my nose. What can/should I do about this?

Are you a candidate for Alar plasty? An alar plasty narrows the nostril base thereby narrowing the entire nostril. You might want to discuss with your surgeon performing a nasal tip plasty along with this, since it appears that you also have a somewhat bulbous nasal tip.

If only a small amount of skin is required to be removed to narrow the nostrils, then inside approach can accomplish your goals. If there's significantly wide nostrils, then an external incision is required. Either way it can be performed under local anesthesia as an outpatient procedure
