The amount of fat removed
after chin and neck liposuction will appear unimpressive to the average person.
The layer of fat in the neck that is removed during neck liposuction is
close to the skin. Liposuction is not performed in the deeper layers of
the neck to prevent injuries. For this reason, the area to remove fat in
the neck is relatively small.

Removing
a small amount of fat during neck liposuction in the neck can go a long way.

Generally speaking, there is not a huge amount of fat removed when liposuction is done under the chin.  The area is fairly small, so it does not take a lot of fat removal to make a change in the appearance.  Frequently the amount of fat removed will only stay in the suction tube and sometimes not even make it into the canister.  Of course, it will take some time to see the results after the procedure, as the swelling immediately after will alter the appearance.  

Thank you for your question.  The amount of lipo aspirate removed is generally small.  In looking at your photo, it probably only took a few teaspoons to reach endpoint.  There can be deformities that are difficult to correct when the sub mental area is aggressively over liposuctioned.  Good luck

Without having all the information or an examination, I cannot give you an accurate assessment. Based on what I see, you may have done better with a chin implant than with chin liposuction. Please see the link below.
