My surgery is booked in 2 weeks. I chose the Mentor anatomical implants (255cc), last minute I have decided they will be too firm and I want a more softer realistic feel. My PS has recommended the Motiva Ergonomix but I haven't heard much about them. Do these implants have a good track record in terms of rupture? Based on my measurements and what I'm hoping to achieve. I think I'm getting Motiva Ergonomix in Demi with either 265cc (11cm) or 285cc (11.25cm). My breast width is 14cm.

In most patients the 330 cc breast implants should increase you by 2 cup sizes. Your early in recovery and over the next 6-8 weeks your implants should have a much bigger effect on your breasts. Of course express your concerns to your surgeon.
Many thanks for your question and congratulations on your baby.
In order to confidently diagnose the problem with your right breast it would need to be examined. I would therefore advise you to consult with a board certified Plastic Surgeon.
I wish you luck.
Tightness is a common aftermath of breast augmentation. Even though it is fine to return to a desk job, be mindful that you are still early in the healing process and may need to take breaks.
