I have a consultation tomorrow and i wanted to know if 400ccs or more would fit to my body style. I’m 135 pounds I’m 5’3 and i have broad shoulders. I definitely wouldn’t mind having bigger boobs than settling with smaller boobs. Just give me your honest opinion

Answer: You could probably have 400 mL. I preferred to determine with the patient's input what size implant to use before surgery. We do this by using different size breast implants in a bra, so that the patient can get an idea of what the additional volume will look like and feel like. Usually my patients can tell quite accurately what size implant they would like. I will then give my input as to whether this is appropriate or ideal.

Answer: 400 cc You you would be a great candidate for breast augmentation. You must beware, however, of using a large implant size before you know the problems with large in Plants, including, displacement of the implant and an unnatural look. Always remember that shape is more important, in the end, then large size, if the large size sacrifices the shape. Look at this forum and others to see implants that are a little too large and what can happen. Also be sure that the surgical consultation you go on has available pictures for you to see shapes and sizes that you are happy with. I hope this helps.Leland Deane MD FACS
