The short answer is the only way you can do this without surgery is wearing some sort of padding and a bra that pushes your breasts together. Even then you may not achieve cleavage. Even with surgery, you may not be able to achieve this if your breasts are widely spaced.

Naturally widely spaced breast can be brought closer together during breast augmentation surgery. However there is a limit as we do not want to make the too close together or they may touch, even when not in a bra. This is called symmastia and it is an undesirable result in breast augmentation surgery.
Honestly wearing a pushup bra or bikini top is the only way you can bring your breasts closer together nonsurgically. The distance between your breast is predetermined by the width of your breast bone. In my experience there is no nonsurgical way without support to accomplish this
Every surgeon is different. I do not usually ask patients to wear surgical bra at night after breast augmentation surgery. Best to ask your surgeon.
