I am 5 wks post-op(reconstructive rhinoplasty, septal reconstruction & turbinoplasty).12 days post-op I had an abscess in my L nostril drained.The abscess refilled 2 weeks and was diagnosed with psedomonas(2-wks of oral abs)The swelling on my R side is increasing.My R nostril seems to be retracted. I also have a tender, red lump on the R side of my columella scar and the L side of my scar has a horrible looking join.I have tender pea sized lumps under my osteotomy incisions.Nostrils also sting.

Dear yellow3Thanks for the question. It’s not easy to comment based solely on one photo. It’s too early to comment over the result. It’s possible to see some major changes in rhinoplasty results till the end of 12 months recovery. So far the recovery looks fine for 2 months. I wish you all the best.
