I am 5 wks post-op(reconstructive rhinoplasty, septal reconstruction & turbinoplasty).12 days post-op I had an abscess in my L nostril drained. The abscess refilled 2 weeks and was diagnosed with psedomonas(2-wks of oral abs)The swelling on my R side is increasing. My R nostril seems to be retracted. I also have a tender, red lump on the R side of my columella scar and the L side of my scar has a horrible looking join.I have tender pea sized lumps under my osteotomy incisions.Nostrils also sting.
