If unhappy with the fillers, please reverse them.  This can be done in the office easily and then the area can be reinjected later with a different filler or technique.  Best, Dr. Emer.

This is a very difficult area, under the eye to effectively treat.  You really need a seasoned injector as there are many dangers in this region: including bleeding, occlusion of vessels, necrosis and irregular contour.  First off, a hyaluronidase will reverse the injection if you dislike it and it can also be used to just reduce the amount you currently have. Also, a thinner HA filler is much better for this region and you could switch to a more effective one such a belotero in this region as the particle size is much smaller and the placement different.
