Do Sculptra lumps go away?

Thank you for your question.  I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing lumps after your Sculptra treatment.  In most cases, these lumps are not permanent, and should gradually resolve on their own.  If you are still concerned, it may be worthwhile to schedule a second opinion with a cosmetic dermatologist or plastic surgeon with extensive experience in Sculptra injections.  In some cases, these lumps be injected with steroids and other medications to help them resolve sooner.  Best of luck!

Hello - thank you for your question. Sculptra lumps do eventually go away. I have found it helpful to inject saline into the spots that are trouble some and if they are visible to try a very small amount of steroid. Radio frequency such as pelleve may also help but this is theoretical... good luck!
