Is 385CC too big for my frame? (photo)

They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. From your photos you only look to be a small B cup. You should think about it this way - for you a cup size is equal to about 150cc so a 385 cc implant will increase you about 2 and 1/2 cup sizes. So if you are a small B that would make a big D or small DD cup. Every bra is different so this is just a rough guide but the key to your decision making is to have a breast sizing appt. Personally I think 385 cc would look great on you and you wont be disappointed. In addition if you are worried about looking too big and fake you could always choose a teardrop shaped implant which will give you the volume you want but a more natural look than a round.
