Is 385CC too big for my frame? (photo)

From your photos you only look to be a small B cup. You should think about it this way - for you a cup size is equal to about 150cc so a 385 cc implant will increase you about 2 and 1/2 cup sizes. So if you are a small B that would make a big D or small DD cup. Every bra is different so this is just a rough guide but the key to your decision making is to have a breast sizing appt. Personally I think 385 cc would look great on you and you wont be disappointed. In addition if you are worried about looking too big and fake you could always choose a teardrop shaped implant which will give you the volume you want but a more natural look than a round.

Select the size that boosts your self-esteem, and fits your anatomy. Choosing an implant based on an aesthetic goal that exceeds your anatomic capacity may lead to complications and possibly revision.
