Post-op Neck and facelift: Neck pain following oral sex -- could I have done any damage?

Asked By:Sil76 in Australia, AU

3 weeks 5 days post op and I gave my partner oral sex. Gentle, but for a prolonged period of time. I still feel my range of motion is impaired hence slow and careful. However I noticed what I would think is neck muscle pain after. Nothing is painful as such. Maybe the skin stretched more than it should? Could I have done any damage or is this a normal sensation. Or could it be that the body or the neck in this case has to adjust to a new baseline? Thank you
