How long after rhinoplasty can I lift up my arms?

I was advised by my surgeon that I will need to wear button up clothing because I can't lift my arms over my head. How long until I'm able to do so again?

Hi @queenofwands! I usually recommend 6 weeks of no contact sports since it takes about 6 weeks for the nasal bones to heal. You should be good after 3 months! Best of luck.
