Yes, it is possible that you may be a candidate for AccuTite procedures. Eligible patients should have adequate skin elasticity. This technology utilizes radiofrequency to produce a tightening effect. However, this would not work on individuals with severe skin laxity who also live lifestyles where they are heavily exposed to the sun. Also, you should be a non-smoker with general good healthWith this general set of criteria, patients who qualify for AccuTite™ are often-times considered non-candidates for surgical face and neck lifts.
shafinaz. Hello thank you for the questions and photographs. An in person consultation is necessary to determine your best course of action. Malar Festoons are difficult to treat and normally require a combination of treatments including:- Skin Resurfacing-Accutite or other RF treatments-Fillers or Fat injections-Facelift-Thread liftSpeak with your cosmetic surgeon to find your best choice Good Luck #DR B
I think Accutite would help some and filler would help in conjunction. I really like Accutite on lower eyelids like yours but the the malar transition zones that I think represent more your fat compartments of the cheek that I think filler and possibly a cheek lift when you're older. Best Wishes!!
Rather than jump to relatively expensive treatments with one of the supposedly "next big thing" bells and whistles devices, you might wish to explore the use of some tried and true filler treatments for the under eye tear troughs and malar bags seen in the photos provided. Appropriate use of a lifting filler, such as Restylane Lyft, at the apex of the cheeks would likely not only create a more heart-shaped face, but secondarily improve the infraorbital region. A filler, such as Teosyal Redensity II may then be used directly into the tear troughs to help to elevate and smooth them and mask the sacs. Make sure that you consult with a board certified aesthetic physician and not just any venue hawking the latest machine it just purchased. Be certain to ask to see your physician's personal before and after photos of infraorbital fillers. Best of luck.
Yes! Accutite would be a fantastic option for you. Bags with minimal lower lid laxity are the best candidates for Accutite. It will improve the appearence of the bags as well as tighten the skin overlying the bags .
From your photo it appears you are a candidate for AccuTite. You may want to consider adding Morpheus8 treatments to enhance your results. See a board certified plastic surgeon for a consultation to learn more.
There is so much that goes into assessment of eyebags and their causes, it is impossible to say without a comprehensive consultation, assessment in person to determine eligibility. In short in the right person, yes RF based treatment can help, but for the right cause and face and the right treatment, which is best assessed in person. I’d suggest finding yourself a trusted doctor that you feel comfortable with to do this assessment for you and to guide you towards what is best for you.
You appear to be a good candidate for Morpheus8. This treatment combines RF technology with microneedling to improve overall skin tone and texture. Three treatment sessions are recommended for optimal results. You can learn more by visiting my website or from a provider near you.
Accutite can help with shrinking the fat as it uses Radio-frequency. Speak to your surgeon to also explain about the complications that can arise from this.
