Is AccuTite or another RF treatment a good option for my nasolabial folds? (Photos)

Question

Hi, I'm 32 and my body fat hovers around 18%. I have genetically very heavy cheeks. I'm 8 months post-primary rhinoplasty with buccal fat pad excision. While I'm very happy with the results, both my cheeks and and nasolabial folds remain so pronounced and it shadows my smile and makes me feel self-conscious. What do you recommend? I'm afraid of looking overfilled as I age if I don't correct while my skin laxity is good. Help!

AccuTite will deliver great results on the areas that you expressed concerns about. I would also suggest that you have the Morpheus8 done at the same time. The Radiofrequency will tighten the area and you will have the desired results. I recommend fillers to soften the nasolabial folds themselves and also lift around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. Filler is also a great short term option. It's important that you do your homework and are selective when deciding on an injector in an effort avoid the overfilled look.

AccuTite is used to achieve tightening and toning on small areas that require extra precision. I believe you would be a good candidate for AccuTite based on your pictures.

Please see my attached link-you will find videos at the bottom of the page that have more information on Facetite, which is the same concept as AccuTite, but the sizes of the attachments are different. Accutite is made for smaller areas, such as nasolabial folds, whereas FaceTite is made for larger areas such as the neck.

You would also be a good candidate for injectables, which are less invasive. I recommend Versa, which we have seen much success with and lasts for up to one year. If you do decide to go with injectables, do not get it before you would decide to have a surgical procedure such as AccuTite, as it could skew your results. Get AccuTite first, and then an injectable once you are healed.
