If you are having issues after surgery or you have injured your scalp it is best to contact your surgeon.  You probably didn't damage the grafts but there is no way to tell for sure.

At 6 weeks it would be pretty difficult to really damage the grafts. If there was no blood or significant trauma, it is highly unlikely you did any permanent damage. But, the only way to know for sure would be to wait and see if hair growth changes, or to visit your doctor.

Thank you for posting your photo with the concern. 6 weeks post-procedure, you should be fine, especially since the skin is still intact. the first 2 weeks is the most crucial, and you are far beyond that. Hope this helps.

In my opinion the bumping of the scalp should not damage the grafts because they should have healed in place by then. However you should have your hair restoration physician take a look at it for good measure.

As you reported no bleeding, I doubt you did any significant damage at this point in your recovery time. The wound area just looks red/pink.
