I had 4200 grafts done in turkey by Dr. Serkan AYGIN Clinic, it been 10 months now and I'm sceptical of the results. The questions that I have in my mind are the following: is this what true 4200 hair implant looks like ? and can doctors rate it if its a success ? is it true that its not possible to implant 4200 in 1 session? The pics shows before the transplant and now.

It is best to follow up with your surgeon to discuss your surgery results.  Have you considered you may have lost your non-transplanted hairs since your surgery.  This is one factor you must consider.

Thank you for sharing your photos. To assess if this is a result of 4200 worth of grafts, first the before photos need to be evaluated. Also, the possibility of any further hair loss since the procedure date. Typically, 3500 to 4000 grafts, are enough cover the first half of the scalp, not the entire. If a patient has severe hair loss on the scalp, much more grafts would be needed for extra density. Answer to your second question, yes, 4200 grafts are possible in obtaining and implanting in a single day with a seasoned clinic.

It's impossible to tell if you have a 4200 graft result for the reasons already stated.  Furthermore, you could have experienced additional hair loss since your procedure.  Transplants can accelerate the loss of miniturized hair follicles in the recipient area.  If this occurred, then what is there now would be grafts and your pre-existing hair may not have returned yet or it may never return.  I think anytime you have a surgery in Turkey, you need to be a little skeptical because it Turkey, most of the hair transplant work is done by unlicensed assistants rather than skilled and trained hair transplant surgeons.

Hair coverage depends on a combination of density (hair's per cm2) and caliber (hair thickness).  It is hard to judge the caliber of your hair by the pictures.  If you hair is of lower caliber it is possible that you had 4200 grafts but still have problems with coverage.

If you are concerned you need to contact your doctor. It is very important to choose a doctor that is available for your concerns both before and after your procedure.
